Darting Needle Quilt Guild Library Policies |

Only members of DNQG may borrow books or materials. Members are limited to borrowing three books and two videos per month.

| 2 |
Materials shall be available on a first come, first served basis. There will not be a reserve list.
|
| 3 |
All materials are loaned for a period of one month with the exception of items checked out during the month prior to the picnic (these items may be returned during the month following the picnic).

| 4 |
No checkout is available at the picnic meeting or the holiday meeting. Returns will be accepted at the November meeting.

| 5 |
An inventory shall be taken annually.
|
| 6 |
Books are to be returned to the “Return Book Box”. Books will be checked off of the list by a library committee member when they are turned in.

| 7 |
Members will lose future borrowing privileges until all overdue items are returned. If an item is not returned after six months, the member will be billed for the current replacement cost of the item.

| 8 |
Members shall be responsible for any loss or damage to materials in the borrower’s possession, except for normal wear.
|
| 9 |
At the discretion of the library committee, an overdue list will be published in the Newsletter as a reminder to members.
